Becky McCabe is the Chief Executive Officer at Allen’s Healthcare. Becky is responsible for the overall operation of the facility including control, program development and management, and the directing of staff. Becky earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at DePaul University and then continued her studies at Northwestern University where she received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Becky has been working in the health and human services industry for over 25 years.

Moni Hingham is the CFO at Allen’s Healthcare. Moni is responsible for ensuring the organization maintains compliant with the laws and regulations. She is also responsible for payroll and filing taxes. Moni received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Mark Franklin is the VP of Business Development at Allen’s Healthcare. Mark oversees the daily activities of the departments. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina. Mark has worked in various positions in the health and human services industry in several states.

Bill Morales oversees the Inpatient and Admissions Department at Allen’s Healthcare. After joining us in 2009, Bill has been an invaluable asset in managing and clinically supervising a full staff of licenses social workers, psychologists, counselors, and recreation therapists. Bill’s primary initiatives include ongoing program evaluation and strategic planning for service enhancement.
