What You’ll Do
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff and interns
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services (individual and group)
• Monitor program outcomes and service effectiveness
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and leadership
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of staff
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance client care and continuity of services
What You Bring
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field
• 3+ years of leadership or clinical supervision experience in mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders
• Florida licensure, license-eligible status, or MCAP/CAP through FCB
Preferred
• Strong knowledge of substance use treatment and 65-D30 requirements
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for team development and quality client care

Additional Requirements
