Provide trauma-informed, resilience-focused care that helps individuals navigate mental health and substance use challenges. In this role, you’ll support clients through assessment, intervention, and connection to services—helping them move toward stability and recovery.

• Conduct same-day walk-in assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based services, including crisis intervention and referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with internal teams and community agencies to coordinate care
• Participate in supervision, training, and team initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certification or certification-eligibility in mental health or addictions
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention settings
• Timely, high-quality assessments and service delivery
• Strong client engagement and appropriate referrals
• Accurate, compliant documentation
• Effective collaboration with teams and community partners
• Successful completion of Level II Background, MVR, and Drug-Free Workplace screenings
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance, ethical standards, and professional conduct
