Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a Director of Outreach Engagement to lead our outreach, education, community partnerships, and fundraising efforts. What You'll Do:

As our Director of Outreach Engagement, you'll be the driving force behind:

• Educational Events: From health fairs and school presentations to community walks and mental health awareness campaigns.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with community organizations, referral sources, and local leaders to expand our reach.
• Volunteer Programs: Recruit, lead, and grow our SPBH Ambassador Program and Mental Health First Aid alumni network.
• Community Engagement: Build and grow our Advisory Council and create strong, sustainable community relationships.
• Fundraising Initiatives: Help grow our mission by organizing donor events and identifying new funding opportunities.
• Data Collection & Impact Reporting: Analyze and share insights about community needs and outreach effectiveness.

You'll work closely with our leadership team, staff, and Board of Directors-bringing ideas to life and ensuring our work is seen, heard, and celebrated throughout the community.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required (eligible to become CPP certified)
• Master's in Public Health or Healthcare Administration preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
