We are seeking Master’s Level Clinicians to join our MAR (medication assisted recovery) team!

Full time: M-F

Salary: $45,000 - 57,000

SUMMARY:
Provide comprehensive substance use disorder services, including screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosis, evidenced based group therapy and individual counseling, treatment planning and implementation, psychoeducational services, and evaluating the effectiveness of services. Engage in crisis intervention and collaborate with other agencies and service providers. Document all services provided and demonstrate familiarity with co-occurring treatment modalities and recovery-oriented systems of care.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct assessments and screenings as required and appropriate via electronic health record (EHR).
• Develop and review treatment plans related to substance use disorder, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate, efficient, and relevant. Implement these plans effectively.
• Provide clinical services specifically addressing substance use issues as outlined in the treatment plan and integrate co-occurring treatment modalities and recovery-oriented systems of care as applicable. Consult with involved parties and refer clients for additional services as needed.
• Compile and provide feedback data on treatment to referral sources and community partners . Collaborate with different agencies.
• Perform in-office urinalysis as requested to monitor substance use and adherence to treatment plan requirements.
• Maintain the electronic health record in a timely, complete, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all forms required by the Agency, Medicaid, 65d30, TANF, private insurance, etc.
• Attend staffing, training sessions, and meetings to stay informed about agency, community, and substance use treatment-related issues, including updates on co-occurring disorder treatments as required.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of substance use disorder services, co-occurring treatment modalities, recovery-oriented systems of care, electronic health record standards, and policies and procedures related to client care and documentation.
• Participate in clinical supervision to address and resolve therapeutic and ethical dilemmas.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in the field of addiction, counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
  • Florida LMHC/LMFT/MCAP/CAP- licensed or license eligible in the state of Florida
  • Valid Driver's License
