• Pay: $45,000 - $58,000 annually

We have openings in our Medication-Assisted Recovery, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Child Welfare programs! If you're passionate about empowering individuals and providing high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses to help individuals on their recovery journey.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with community agencies and service providers to connect individuals with additional resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Attend trainings, clinical supervision, and team meetings to stay current on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TANF, and private insurance guidelines.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
• Licensure & Certification: Florida-licensed, license-eligible, certified mental health professional, or certified addictions professional.
  
• Screening Requirements: Must pass Level II Background, MVR, and Federal Drug-Free Workplace Screenings.
• Passion for Helping Others: A desire to support individuals in achieving lasting recovery and personal growth!
